Information is used to create and manage tenant accounts, provide CRM services, enable role-wise access, process subscriptions, provide customer support, improve product functionality, send important service updates, maintain security and comply with legal or operational requirements.
4. Payment information
Online payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment gateway such as Razorpay. We do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials on AdiaCRM servers. Payment confirmation, order id, transaction reference and subscription status may be stored for billing records.
