How AdiaCRM access is delivered after subscription.
AdiaCRM is a digital SaaS product. There is no physical shipping. Service delivery happens through online tenant activation, login access and onboarding support.

After successful registration and payment verification, the tenant account may be activated and login access is provided to the registered administrator.
2. Activation timeline
Standard SaaS access is usually activated instantly or within 1 working day after successful payment confirmation. Custom onboarding, integrations or migration may take additional time based on scope.
3. Onboarding
Our team may assist with company setup, branches, users, roles, masters, projects and basic configuration depending on selected plan or implementation agreement.
4. No physical shipment
AdiaCRM does not ship any physical product for standard subscription. All services are delivered digitally through web application, API, support and agreed implementation services.
