Transparent subscription refund rules.
This policy applies to AdiaCRM SaaS subscription payments, renewal payments, onboarding charges and implementation services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Where a free trial is offered, customers should evaluate the platform during the trial before purchasing a paid subscription.
2. Subscription payments
Subscription fees are generally charged in advance for the selected billing period. Once the subscription is activated and access is provided, payments are normally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by AdiaCRM in writing.
3. Duplicate or accidental payment
If a duplicate payment, payment failure debit or accidental double charge occurs, customers should contact support with payment reference details. After verification, eligible duplicate payments may be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of future renewal by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund already activated subscription periods.
5. Implementation and customization services
Charges for onboarding, setup, data migration, training, custom development, integration, support packages or implementation services are non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.
6. Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 working days after verification. Final credit timeline depends on the bank, card network or payment gateway.
