Terms for using AdiaCRM SaaS.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website, registering a tenant account, making payment or using the software, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws.

2. Nature of service

AdiaCRM is a SaaS platform for real estate CRM operations, lead management, telecalling, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, recovery, reporting, role-wise dashboards and related business workflows.

3. Account responsibility

Tenant administrators are responsible for user creation, permissions, uploaded data, business configuration, subscription plan usage and the actions of users under their tenant account.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to paid features may require an active subscription. Plan limits, billing cycle, user limits, feature access and renewal conditions may vary by selected plan or agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, spam customers, violate third-party rights, reverse engineer the system or interfere with service availability.

6. Third-party integrations

Payment gateway, WhatsApp, SMS, email, AI, portal integrations and other third-party services are subject to their respective provider terms, pricing, limits, approval and availability.

7. Data accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that data entered into the CRM is accurate, lawful and collected with proper consent where required.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party provider issues, internet failures, security incidents or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdiaCRM and Adiasquare Software Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, lost profits, loss of data or third-party service failures.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
